In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home. The queries are mainly via telephone and email.Days and working hours:Monday- Friday: 11.00 am – 7.30 pmKey responsibilities:Provide fast and high-quality service to deliver first call resolutionProviding stellar service support to our partners in the Retail & Builder and Commercial spacePartner with valued clients and customers to ensure that their needs are addressed in a professional and friendly mannerManage calls and email correspondenceMeet company standard KPI’s.Experience & Skills required:Proven Customer Service, Administration or Sales Coordinator experienceStrong telephone systems & call handling knowledge and skills Experience using Salesforce would be an advantageExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills to connect with our clientele in a meaningful and professional wayStrong written and communication skillsBe self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.If you are someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced, busy environment, then this will be the place for you.
