- Modules to suit pre-school tamariki through to year 8, learning about emergency services and how to respond in an emergency - a mental health module for Year 5-8 students - a flexible programme that looks at the potential of our rangatahi (youth), nurturing them to grow as future rangatira (leaders) in their whanau and communityWith both curricula already designed, your role is to bring them to life! You'll create an engaging learning environment, adapting your approach to different age groups and learning styles.QualificationsKo wai koe - About you:We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for empowering tamariki
- Loves working with young people and can engage them in a meaningful way
- Has an understanding of diverse cultures and learning styles
- Can adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups and needs
- Is well-organised with great time management skills
- Holds a full, clean NZ driver's licence
- Running sessions for early childhood education (ECE) or holiday programmes,
- Taking annual leave, and/or
- Opting for leave without pay.
