Our client is seeking a Technical Lead with deep TypeScript and AWS expertise to guide a talented team through a series of integration projects. You’ll split your time between coding alongside two TypeScript developers and working with the business to shape solutions that align with their integration strategy.Expect to collaborate with architects and vendors, create reusable patterns, provide work estimates, and ensure technical delivery meets business needs.What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead and mentor two TypeScript developers
Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Develop high-quality TypeScript code in AWS environments
Define integration patterns and technical best practices
Provide accurate delivery estimates and project planning input
Work closely with architects and vendors to ensure solution alignment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in software engineering or technical lead positions
Advanced TypeScript and AWS skills
Experience designing integration patterns and working in cloud-first environments
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capability
Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic delivery oversight

Contract Details:

Length: 6 months (potential extension)
Location: Auckland Central – 3 days onsite per week
Start: ASAP
