
Change Manager – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

- Lead the full change management lifecycle from strategy and planning to implementation and embedding.
- Embed the organisation's change principles by providing tools, guidance, and support to drive people-focused, outcome-driven change, while managing risks, assessing impacts, and ensuring sustainability.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure organisational readiness.
- Deliver change reporting as needed, covering pipeline updates, heat map insights, resourcing, risks, and overall status.
- 5-6+ years' proven success delivering formal change management for major programmes in large, complex environments.
- Significant experience with enterprise system rollouts (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
- Strong skills in change impact assessment, executive stakeholder engagement, and navigating shifting priorities, turning complex challenges into clear insights that inform decision-making at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, including executive leadership.
- At least 5 years' experience designing and delivering business change across diverse environments, impacting groups of 1,000+ FTE across multiple business units.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Salary $145K-$160K, plus flexible working options.
