Working closely with the Chief Operations Officer, you'll lead the development delivery of a people-focused operational strategy and oversee all aspects of human resource management across the organisation; building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capability, and promoting a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing.What we're offering:

What you'll do:
  • Create and develop a highly knowledgeable and skilled team.
  • Lead key HR functions to deliver an exceptional employee experience, including talent attraction, workforce planning, DEI, employment relations, and advisory support.
  • Stay ahead of employment law and HR trends to support a proactive, adaptable, and continuously improving organisation.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment relations, lead best-practice change processes, and support collective bargaining to uphold good faith and good employer principles.
  • Oversee payroll and remuneration, ensuring a robust, cost-effective framework with strong financial controls and accurate, compliant processing.
What You'll Bring:
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) with 5-10 years' senior HR leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading HR, Health & Safety, and payroll teams with practical knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety and the supporting compliance systems.
  • Confident in reporting and presenting to executive teams and governance boards.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, committed to fostering safe, supportive, and fair workplaces.
