This role will see you responsible for selling both new and used vehicles for one of New Zealand's most trusted brands.No automotive sales experience? No problem! We offer full training - if you have previous sales experience, pride yourself on building strong relationships and are motivated to succeed…..then this could be a great career move for you!Does the idea of a 3-day weekend appeal?This role is 10 days per fortnight and will see you working 6 hours every second Saturday (10am - 4pm) - but in return we give you a full rostered day off the following week (so you get an extra few hours off on us!).Why you will love working at Bowater Toyota:

What you will be doing:
  • Engaging with customers and creating a professional experience for them whilst assisting them with finding a suitable vehicle
  • Building long-term relationships and providing an exceptional level of service that goes above and beyond
  • Achieving (and exceeding) sales targets
  • Ensuring that the CRM is well maintained
So what do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Previous sales experience (it doesn't have to be automotive)
  • Highly driven, motivated, and excited to take your sales career to the next level!
  • Excellent people skills - people will naturally warm to you and you will have the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Professional, well-presented, and passionate about providing our customers with an exceptional service
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • A clean New Zealand driver's licence
