- Project management for implementation of equipment as required (including attending meetings and site visits and liaising with different parties involved)
- Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across service delivery functions
- Managing escalations and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the implementation of equipment and solutions, including project management, customer meetings, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems
- Lead the Service Delivery Team, ensuring strong performance, collaboration, and customer focus
