Job DescriptionThe client is looking for a Transportation Design Manager to lead a major projects programme with the following;DutiesProject design and leading the design outcomes across a range of civil engineering disciplines on large infrastructure projects.Working with multiple engineering disciplines, including requirements of 3rd party utility providers and road user organisations.Procurement Planning and Construction Monitoring of large infrastructure projects.Prioritise and manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.QualificationsChartered Civil Engineer (CEng) or equivalent, specialising in Transport Engineering.Project design experienceAdvanced knowledge and experience in digital design delivery and BIM requirements.High degree of technical knowledge across multiple engineering disciplinesOrganisation, communication and analytical skills, with the ability to express complex matters in an accurate and considered form.Demonstrates a calm, rational and clear-thinking approach to tasks when under pressure.
