- A minimum of 3-5 years of New Zealand experience in commercials, residential, industrial sewer, and stormwater systems
- W, T, and R endorsements are advantageous
- A Clean Full Class 1 or 2 NZ Driver's License
- Must have their own reliable transportation
- Needs to pass all pre-employment checks including drug tests and MOJ checks
- Physically fit and strong
- Good communication
- Able to work in harsh conditions
- Compliant with strict Health and Safety requirements
- Strong work ethic, and able to work well in a team environment
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant job and work instruction.
- Be able to read plans with the ability to deliver the project on time
- Excavating trenches, laying pipes, and connecting fittings according to projects
- Operating heavy equipment and machinery (excavators/rollers/loaders/tractors/trucks)
- Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful completion of projects
- Any other requirements asked for by site supervisor
