- Own the marketing calendar like it's your second brain, from trade to product to promo, you'll know exactly what's happening, who's on it, and what's due next.
- Keep work flowing across creative, digital, retail, and brand, briefs, timelines, and approvals will all pass through your capable hands.
- Be our project heartbeat, running WIPs, chasing assets, cheerleading the team, and gently nudging where needed.
- Spot bottlenecks early, and unblock them with grace, logic, and just enough sass in your Teams chat.
- Bring clarity to chaos using project management tools (we like Monday.com, but if you have a favourite, we're listening).
- Ensure nothing gets dropped, you'll hold the team accountable, the deadlines sacred, and the coffee strong.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or production, agency or brand-side.
- A calm, confident presence, you bring clarity when things feel messy.
- Exceptional coordination and communication skills, you're part diplomat, part doer.
- Experience using workflow tools (Monday, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- A love of process, but the flexibility to break it when needed.
- A sharp eye for detail and a sharper instinct for prioritisation.
- A natural problem-solver, you fix it before it's broken, and make it better for next time.
