- Ensure our customers are comfortable using the Figured App and getting the most out of our innovative platform.
- Help raise the bar with the team through a range of projects to enhance our tools, processes, and communications, directly impacting user experience.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to explore new possibilities for our product, based on valuable customer feedback – your insights will help shape our future features!
- Build upon our new customer learning platform to ensure customers have ready access to the tools they need, driving user adoption and success.
- A qualification or foundational experience in Accounting or Finance is highly valued – your understanding of financial concepts will be a huge asset in helping our customers.
- We don't expect you to be a farmer, but a passion, interest, or knowledge of the agri industry will stand you in good stead.
- Systems Thinker, You're a natural at seeing how different parts of a system work together. You're analytical, love a good challenge, and enjoy configuring and optimising tools to reach best outcomes.
