- Identifying, targeting and developing new and existing business opportunities, predominantly in the Central Island, for our specialist bird exclusion services which includes structural design
- Providing customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance and market/industry developments
- Implementing market-driven and customer-specific sales strategies.
- Developing, strengthening and reinforcing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders such as; construction and architecture
- Surveying, specification and quoting directly to new customers
- Maintaining and improving knowledge of the company product range, competitor products and general market information to add value to customer interactions
- Proven sales experience with a true hunter mentality. You are skilled at generating and evolving your own prospects and leads through a combination of cold calling, networking and market research.
- Experience in the construction or similar industry
- A results-focused attitude, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing new business relationships.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good time management skills with the proven ability to work autonomously.
- Strong business acumen, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems
