- Manage project cost control, revenue management, forecasting and general project financial administration requirements.
- Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks;
- Assist in cost forecasting for allocation subcontracts and cost codes are accurately maintained and keep project management teams abreast of any cost issues immediately upon identification.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Group policies and processes.
- Assist and participate in identification and quantification of Head Contract variations.
- Experience within the rail, transport, construction, mining & resources or engineering industries (project experience) is preferable.
- Strong communication and people management skills,
- Excellent organization skills to deal with conflicting demands,
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of commercial, compliance and reporting procedures and processes including Project Cost Reporting (PCR) and Asset Register
- Knowledge of records management procedures and record, register and version control
- Experience in reporting on contract and commercial performance and compliance.
- CA or Masters of Tax
- Accounting / Finance degree
