In this pivotal role, you will cover both Demand and Supply aspects of planning from overseas and local manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.You’ll be responsible for managing key supply channels and driving the accuracy of our demand forecasting and Integrated Business (IBP) processes. Success in this role means aligning forecasts with inventory and production schedules through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Production teams. You’ll work alongside the Operations, Logistics, Customer Service teams to continuously assess and optimise processes. and learnings from external factors.This role includes leading a team of three direct reports whom you will mentor and develop, fostering a high-performance culture. We’re looking for someone who is forward-thinking, continuously seeks improvement, and brings a strategic mindset grounded in industry best practices.QualificationsTo be the best, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

Over 8 years’ proven experience in Supply Chain Planning and Management
Previous experience managing a small team
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in SC Planning software and ERP systems (SAP APO an advantage), or OMP
Proficient in Excel to an intermediate/advanced level
Strong leadership and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
A creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and customer service focus
Valid unrestricted work visa
