Own the Story. From Start to Finish.Are you a visual storyteller with the skills to capture attention and hearts across multiple platforms? We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can take full ownership of content creation — from concept and storyboarding to shoot, edit, and delivery.Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the roleThis newly created Multimedia Content Specialist role is all about driving the creative process end to end. Whether it's shaping internal culture stories or creating customer-facing brand moments, you'll produce stunning video, photography, and design content that connects with audiences and elevates our communications.You'll do this by:
  • Creating, producing and delivering video and photography content that tells our story — internally and externally and aligned with the brand.
  • Leading the full content process: concept development, storyboarding, shoot planning, production and editing
  • Using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and Audition to produce impactful content efficiently and at a high standard
  • Collaborating closely with our Senior Designer, Marketing and Communications teams, and external agencies
  • Shaping and upholding our brand identity, ensuring all creative outputs are cohesive, on-brand, and audience-relevant
  • Curating and maintaining a strong image and content library to support ongoing storytelling
Mōu - About youYou're a creative all-rounder with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and a passion for producing meaningful content across channels. With a strong portfolio and hands-on experience across video, photography, and design, you know how to turn ideas into engaging, polished content that connects with diverse audiences.You'll combine this with
  • Proven experience in content creation either within an agency or in-house environment, with a strong, varied portfolio
  • Advanced skills in video production, photography, editing, and animation — including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and Audition
  • Proven ability to adapt creative for different audiences, formats, and platforms
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) and experience applying brand identity across touchpoints
