- Provide mentoring, guidance and training for Keyworkers.
- Actively participate in the leadership of the Supportive Housing team.
- Oversee and support a complex caseload of whānau, record goals, risks and develop safety & support plans as needed.
- Work from a trauma-informed, harm reduction and Housing First approach, with a focus on supporting whānau to sustain their tenancies.
- Role-model and lead inclusive practice and ways of working, ensuring our mahi is guided by our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships, with both internal and external services .
- A relevant tertiary qualification, ideally with a focus on social work, mental health, and/or addictions.
- Ability to provide mentoring, support and guidance to improve team practice and processes, including maintaining high quality client data and information.
- Previous experience working with clients who have complex needs including trauma, mental health, addiction, poverty, and homelessness, and experience managing a complex caseload.
- Working from a Te Ao Māori approach to support client hauora and address the harms of colonialism.
- Aptitude for getting things done through formal and informal channels.
- Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence.
