In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with orchestrating the planning, execution, and optimisation of the product, with a focus on the unique needs of the local government sector.Are you someone who excels in roles that require a deep understanding of enterprise software development? Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the Product.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing optimisation, while maintaining a keen focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation within the enterprise software domain.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

Expertise: Proven track record of success in enterprise software product management, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Industry Experience: Local government Regulatory and Compliance experience is a plus.
