- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation within the enterprise software domain.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Expertise: Proven track record of success in enterprise software product management, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Local government Regulatory and Compliance experience is a plus.
