To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.We are looking for an energetic Café Manager to join our village catering team. Ideally you will have experience in café operations, customer service, food control plans and ideally have a Barista qualification.You will be responsible for the daily operation of the on-site café: provide quality food and drinks and be part of a team providing exciting events for our residents.Additional InformationTo recognise the important work that you do for our residents, we offer;
