The RoleLumino Pitt Street is currently on the lookout for an experianced Receptionist to join the team!As one of our Receptionists, you will be the friendly face our patients see when they enter our doors and the voice they hear when they call our practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with enquiries, generating and confirming appointment booking, payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties.This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be someone who enjoys working closely within a team and providing upstanding customer service.The hours for the role are below:

Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities

Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to Patient emails and queries
Process payments and book appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems

The Person

Previous experience as a receptionist is a must
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in using computer software applications
Experience with file keeping and data entry
