Business Analyst - immediate start
Our client, based in Auckland's CBD, is on the look-out for a 3-month Business Analyst. Working as a BA on a Special Project team you will be conduting options analysis, mapping process changes, and redesigning processes as a result of business improvement initiatives and user journey testing.
With an immediate start and based in Auckland's CBD you will be exposed to the complexity of working within a large government organisation.

- Process mapping and improvements
- Redesigning and modelling new processes to test improvement initiatives
- Cost/Benefits Analysis, both qualitative and quantitative
- Facilitating workshops to test solutions
- Requirements gathering from key user groups
- Documenting user notes, technical and functional specifiations
