Originally established as a farm consulting firm, Intelact has grown to deliver a wide range of services including financial planning, feed supply and project management, animal export, and full-scale turnkey dairy developments, both in New Zealand and internationally.The OpportunityThe position includes a broad range of office administration duties while being the welcoming face of the Intelact Group office in Te Awamutu. From ordering supplies, organising catering and managing bookings, through to answering calls, handling couriers and mail, arranging travel and accommodation and liaising with landlords and suppliers. The successful applicant will be the key to keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.As part of the Finance team, you will also assist with data entry into business systems, help process invoices and credit applications and provide back-up support across the wider office when needed. The role offers plenty of variety, and you'll be supported by an experienced team who will guide you as you develop confidence and capability.What You'll Bring
  • A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude towards your work and team environment
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to pick up new databases with ease
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication ensuring the diverse cliental and agribusinesses receive the support and positive experience of the Intelact Group
