We are seeking dedicated and safety-conscious Drivers with either a Class 4 or 5 license to contribute to the successful daily operation of local Taranaki clients.Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a Class 4 or 5 vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo as necessary while adhering to health and safety practices.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean driving record by following defensive driving techniques.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to facilitate smooth operations.
- Commit to ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills and knowledge.Qualifications
- Valid Class 4 or 5 driving license (DG endorsement advantageous).
- Proven clean driving record with a demonstrated commitment to health and safety regulations.
- Passion and dedication for safe driving.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks, such as loading and unloading.The Benefits
