As we continue to grow, we're looking for a results-driven Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.We're looking for a determined and ambitious candidate who is prepared to confidently identify and promote our products in order to drive sales, all while providing a great customer experience!The main responsibilities of the role are:

Maximise Gross Per vehicle sold to meet company KPIs
Meeting with all customers at the point of sale, carrying out the appropriate sales and finance documentation.
Looking after all customers finance enquiries
Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services products
Achieving or preferably exceeding budgeted targets
Always meeting deadlines
Providing all customers with a great customer experience.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

Experience in sales in advantageous but not crucial
Accuracy and quality focused
Demonstrates excellent initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with excellent phone manner
Competency with numbers and dealing with a large number of documents
Good networking skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of customers
Self-motivated and able to make the role your own with a desire for professional development and advancement within the company
Experience as a Business Manager or Finance & Insurance consultant is desirable
