Senior Human Resources Consultant - InvercargillOur dynamic HR Consulting Team deliver exceptional HR advisory services to a diverse range of clients. In this client-facing role, you will build strong relationships and deliver bespoke HR solutions covering the employee lifecycle - from HR strategies, leadership coaching, performance management, to employee engagement and talent management.You'll also play a key role in business development, identify opportunities to grow client partnerships. Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior consultants, nurturing their skills and enabling their professional development. You'll develop HR solutions that encompass legal requirements and client needs, all in a fast-paced, diverse environment.Benefits:

About You:

Proven HR expertise, with a relevant tertiary qualification.
Extensive generalist HR experience at a senior level, with a sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation.
Strategic mindset and ability to influence decision makers.
Client focused approach with excellent communication skills and time management skills.
Flexibility to travel to client sites.
Experience with business development and client relationship management is an advantage.
