Role Summary:
This is a part-time role working every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.As a Colour Consultant, you will assist customers in choosing the right colours to achieve their desired look, using photos, swatches, or samples they provide. Your role requires a strong understanding of colour theory, trends, psychology, and design principles to guide customers with confidence and expertise. In addition to providing colour advice, you will help maintain a clean and organized sales area, and assist customers in finding products. You will also engage with potential customers to promote the Valspar brand.Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, offering expert advice interior design and colour selection.

Discuss and promote paint products to enhance customer experience.

Provide consultations based on customer photos and preferences.

Work collaboratively with store representatives to support sales initiatives.

Ensure all promotions and displays meet the company's brand standards.

Skills & Requirements:

Exceptional understanding of interior design and colour matching.
You don't need a formal qualification in colour or interior design - but if you don't have one, relevant industry experience is a must.
Friendly and approachable communication and sales skills.
Great at building rapport with customers.
