Colour Consultant - 2 Shifts a MONTH

Role Summary:
This is a part-time role working every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month.As a Colour Consultant, you will assist customers in choosing the right colours to achieve their desired look, using photos, swatches, or samples they provide. Your role requires a strong understanding of colour theory, trends, psychology, and design principles to guide customers with confidence and expertise. In addition to providing colour advice, you will help maintain a clean and organized sales area, and assist customers in finding products. You will also engage with potential customers to promote the Valspar brand.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, offering expert advice interior design and colour selection.
  • Discuss and promote paint products to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide consultations based on customer photos and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with store representatives to support sales initiatives.
  • Ensure all promotions and displays meet the company's brand standards.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Exceptional understanding of interior design and colour matching.
  • You don't need a formal qualification in colour or interior design - but if you don't have one, relevant industry experience is a must.
  • Friendly and approachable communication and sales skills.
  • Great at building rapport with customers.
