He angitūtanga: The opportunityAuckland Council Group Shared Services' Customer Experience and Digital Services division has an opportunity for a Customer Issues Advisor.You'll manage complaints, issues, and compliments, ensuring they are independently investigated and fully resolved. Complaints are not just challenges; they're opportunities to improve how we serve Aucklanders, strengthen trust in our services, and deliver customer-centred outcomes.This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday based in Auckland CBD with working from home arrangements available.Ngā kawenga matua: Key responsibilities
  • Case-manage complaints, issues, and compliments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in full.
  • Identify and recommend process changes, policies, and precedents.
  • Provide clear advice to business units.
  • Deliver training and support on effective resolution.
