- Manage national remuneration processes and maintain the incentive framework.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including surveys, recognition programmes, and awards.
- Support diversity & inclusion strategy development and implementation.
- Provide HR generalist support including organisational change, policy guidance, and reporting.
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in remuneration and reward practices.
- Strong project management, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or similar, with high computer literacy.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
