Unichem Onerahi PharmacyAs a corporate health, beauty and wellness retailer, our instore teams demonstrate the values and commitment to the highest level of retail excellence that working at Unichem Pharmacy represents. With exciting promotions, exclusive events, new product releases and training programmes you will be inspired, encouraged and equipped to develop new initiatives for your service.The primary objectives of this role include ensuring the store reaches its sales targets, efficient stock handling, effective team management and training, exceptional customer services, maintaining exceptional store standards and driving retail promotions & events.This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 35-40 hours across 4-5 days from Monday to Sunday - Hours flexible to suit the right candidate!You'll need to show us:
  • Previous retail management or team leading skills.
  • Skills to create excitement in-store with promotions, displays and events.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a pharmacy retail environment is preferred.
  • Able to step up into a leadership role.
  • Existing TONIQ skills and knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and natural health products desirable.
  • Inventory and stock buying knowledge.
  • Able to prioritise high work load.
  • A great attitude, with a motivated and dynamic personality.
  • First Class Communication Skills.
