- A minimum of three years experience in leading adverse event reviews
- A bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a health care setting

- Ability to work with cultures other than their own
- Proven facilitation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
