- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new features, content and product updates, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs
- Create initiatives to encourage key product behaviours, increase user engagement and support long-term product success
- Use user data, product analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities, inform campaigns and track success metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt product positioning and marketing strategies to regional needs, ensuring relevance and impact in high-growth markets
- Develop clear, benefit led messaging and positioning that communicates our value proposition to different audiences
- Work with content teams to deliver marketing collateral, sales tools, presentations and educational materials that support adoption and retention
- Stay across market trends, emerging technologies and competitor offerings to inform strategy and positioning
- Provide guidance and support to the marketing team on campaign execution, content creation and brand consistency
- 3+ years in product marketing within SaaS, preferably in the edtech industry or another complex, fast moving sector
- Demonstrated success driving product adoption, engagement and measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong ability to interpret data, user behaviour and market insights, then turn them into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Skilled at explaining complex ideas in clear, engaging language tailored to different audiences
- Background in education or proven ability to quickly develop deep subject matter expertise in a new and complex domain
- Proven ability to work seamlessly across Product, Sales, Marketing and regional teams to achieve shared goals
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
