- Develop and deliver 12-month brand and category plans across multiple markets
- Own the brand calendar and drive timely execution of campaigns and activations
- Build and validate innovation concepts based on consumer trends and insight
- Contribute to the strategic development of new brands and category expansion and develop business cases for new products, pricing, and market expansion
- Lead go-to-market planning and campaign development in partnership with creative, comms, digital and trade.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across digital, retail, and owned channels
- Understand consumer behaviour, trends, and competitive landscape, finding and translating insights into actionable brand initiatives and messaging.
- Monitor performance and track ROI across spend and activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand direction with sales, trade, product, and digital teams
