You will also:

Manage targets and sales figures
Motivate, mentor and lead a team
Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives
Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels
Be the glue that holds the counter together.

About You:We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has:

Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets
A passion for all things Beauty, in particular skincare and helping our customers feel great about themselves
A certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy would be advantageous
Great time management, problem solving and communication skills
Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
