- Provide financial support for tenders, business development initiatives, and the mobilisation of new projects.
- Mentor and develop a small team of accountants and administrators, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Leading the month-end and Year-end close processes
- Preparing financial Statements, budgets and forecasts
- Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisions
- 10+ years of commercial accounting experience
- Strong skills in JDE, Excel, and financial forecasting
- Ability to analyse and critique financial data
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
