This is a leadership role focusing on leading the sales operations across the Audi, Volkswagen, and Skoda brands. This trifecta of European brands provides a unique market presence. Luxury prestige design, performance and sustainability, innovation, affordability, and volume sales can be discovered across the multi brand lineup.Duties include but are not limited to the following:Energised leadership and support of the sales team creating a performance culture that results in sales growthUpholding the highest standards of excellence and decencyCreating an engaged team through positive encouragement, training, mentoring, and motivationLeading from the front with commitment and passionActive relationship enhancement with new vehicle distributorsEnsuring compliance with brand guidelines and standardsActive trading involvement ensuring superior stock control and profitabilityImplement "best practice" reporting and KPI measurement within sales operations and across marketing activitiesStrategic involvement in marketing with the support of a superior marketing teamThe role presently reports to the General Sales Manager of Bayswater European.The person, background, and skills soughtA track record of retail automotive sales and sales management leadership is a prerequisite for this roleAlongside previous automotive franchise sales leadership or supervisory experience, you will have the ability to innovate and develop new sales pathwaysYou will know how to create sales volumes that deliver superior outcomes.
