Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join a purpose-driven team that's passionate about sustainability and wellness. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports and markets environmentally conscious suppliers of eco-friendly, sustainable, and organic products in the retail space.You'll play a key role in supporting both the operational and financial functions of the business, using Xero to manage accounts and contributing to a smooth-running office environment.Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reports
- Process payroll
- General office administration and data entry
- Support the wider team with admin tasks
- Respond to client and supplier queries
- Maintain accurate filing and records
- Assist with stock takes
- A confident Xero user (Xero certification preferred)
- Experienced - 2+ years in an admin/accounts support role
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Friendly, proactive, and a great communicator
- Comfortable working independently and within a small team
