About the Role
Our client is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join a purpose-driven team that's passionate about sustainability and wellness. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports and markets environmentally conscious suppliers of eco-friendly, sustainable, and organic products in the retail space.You'll play a key role in supporting both the operational and financial functions of the business, using Xero to manage accounts and contributing to a smooth-running office environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reports
  • Process payroll
  • General office administration and data entry
  • Support the wider team with admin tasks
  • Respond to client and supplier queries
  • Maintain accurate filing and records
  • Assist with stock takes
About You
  • A confident Xero user (Xero certification preferred)
  • Experienced - 2+ years in an admin/accounts support role
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Friendly, proactive, and a great communicator
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small team
  • Passionate about working in a values-led, sustainability-focused environment
