Are you a skilled diesel mechanic ready to take the next step into a leadership role? Our Tauranga based workshop is seeking a hands-on Foreman or senior mechanic to lead a small team and oversee the daily servicing and repairs for our 60-bus fleet across the Bay of Plenty region.About you:

5+ years of industry experience as a Diesel Mechanic with strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair skills.
Proven leadership potential—you are a clear communicator, experienced in mentoring/training, and confident stepping up when needed.
You take pride in maintaining a tidy, well-organised workshop, with the ability to manage admin tasks like payroll and our fleet systems.
You have a team player mindset and collaborative approach to work as part of a tight knit team.
