Factory Foreman

- Lead production teams of 25-30 people to efficiently meet tight deadlines
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to QA processes
- Motivate and build a positive culture within a diverse, multicultural workforce
- Identify and resolve production issues with strong problem-solving skills
- Assist with recruitment, training, and implementing development programs
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage Health & Safety compliance
- Organise and schedule daily tasks with excellent time management and planning
- Previous production management experience, preferably in aluminium joinery, windows and doors manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team-building and culture cultivation
- Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving and motivational skills to inspire your team
- Flexibility to work 6am-2:30pm shifts with overtime with the opportunity to work weekends and overtime depending on workload
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Must pass drug and alcohol testing, be presentable, customer-focused and hold the right to work in NZ
