- Working alongside the Lead Client Partner, you will lead account management planning and processes and support the client service teams to drive account goals for a small portfolio of key accounts.
- You will drive high performance account operations by bringing best practice from Global and other industry-aligned accounts, driving appropriate account cadence, and developing impactful client service team agendas, speakers, and engaging topics to drive growth and relationship building with the client
- Work closely with the Lead Client Partner to bring together and connect a mix of resources, expertise, and people across different service portfolios, to uncover opportunities and deliver targeted client solutions as a unified Deloitte brand.
- Facilitating pursuit strategy workshops with the Partners to understand the client's strategic objectives and identify the resources and actions needed to position effectively with the client
- Actively managing the health and quality of the opportunity pipeline. Providing reporting and meaningful insights.
- You will own procurement and panel management for your accounts, including building your procurement relationships at the client where appropriate
- Undertake client feedback interviews and win/loss reviews to generate client insights and trends to continuously learn and evolve our market approach to deliver client needs and make an impact that matters.
- Professional services or similar corporate environment will be highly advantageous
- Account management expertise and experience working on new business pursuits. Demonstrating the ability to apply sound rationale and advice throughout the entire account management and sales process.
- A strong relationship builder and client focus. The ability to work with internal stakeholders (Partners) and articulate client needs from a business point of view/commercial perspective will be key to your success.
- Project management and problem solving skills; able to build teams, incubate ideas and creating plans to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; a credible and persuasive communicator with good coaching and influencing skills.
- A critical thinker, able to ask open questions and probe meaningfully to create innovative ideas that furthers the success of our client relationships.
