- Manage all food and beverage outlets, including Giants restaurant, bar, in-room dining & event spaces to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Develop and implement innovative wine lists and beverage menus meeting with suppliers regularly and focusing on a support-local and seasonal approach.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies across all areas of food and beverage to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the recruitment, training and development of the F&B team, focusing on specialist positions where required but also ensuring colleagues are confident and cross trained throughout all areas of food & beverage.
- Monitor and control budgets, costs and inventory to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with the wider hotel leadership team to deliver outstanding guest experiences to achieve hotel targets.
- Lead the team in anticipating guest needs and resolving issues, with a strong focus on learning and improving from feedback.
- Lead the delivery of all conference and event operations, ensuring seamless execution from setup to on the day service and pack-down.
- Strong background in food & beverage leadership (hotel/events experience essential).
- Hands-on leader with excellent communication skills who inspires and motivates teams.
- Confidence in overseeing both day-to-day service and large-scale event operations.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
