- Assist with preparing and presenting food, including portioning and plating.

- Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, dining, and public areas.
- Wash dishes and sanitise kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Experience in a similar catering or hospitality role.
- Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
- NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) preferred.
