  • Building customer relations to position the Branch as the supplier of choice
  • Managing customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, web, and face-to-face at the counter
  • Keeping product displays organized to enhance counter sales
  • Checking off incoming goods and putting them away
  • Supporting warehouse tasks as needed, including picking and packing orders, and checking in new stock
