- Extensive commercial and procurement experience (smaller Government agency experience is desired)
- Understanding of government procurement policies
- Proven experience in negotiation, relationship building, and proactive customer service
- Ability to read, understand and interpret complex documents, including legislation, financial, numerical, and business information.
