  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor teams across Information Management, Integration Services, Line of Business Applications, and Microsoft SaaS Apps.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for application lifecycle management, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee service availability, incident resolution, and performance tracking using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate & Connect: Engage with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external consultants to align technology with business goals.
  • Manage Resources: Own the operational budget and deliver cost-effective solutions that enhance service delivery.

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology operations and team leadership, ideally within large or public sector environments.
  • Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in applications and integration services, with a proven track record in incident and change management.
  • Leadership: A collaborative, inclusive, and strategic mindset that fosters innovation and high performance.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
