Head of HP InvestmentHigh Performance Sport New Zealand's (HPSNZ) vision is to Inspire Performance Every Day. We aim to enable and empower world class sporting performances that inspire New Zealanders, within environments that value wellbeing.We are recruiting for a Head of High Performance (HP) Investment at our National Training Centre, Auckland. Reporting to the General Manager - Partnerships and Performance, the role is responsible for supporting HPSNZ across its entire investment portfolio; design, develop and manage investments that are aligned to the HPSNZ Strategic Plan and the HPSNZ Investment Guidance.The role leads a team to support delivery of key strategic investment components including:

Implementation of the current investment framework
Refining end-to-end investment processes and systems
Reporting on investment outcomes
Development of future investment approach in collaboration with key stakeholders

You are suitable for this role if you have:

Experience in leading and managing investment approaches and investment tools to reach desired outcomes
Significant understanding and experience of the NZ sporting landscape, ideally with a high performance perspective
Experienced and skilled in developing strong relationships; influencing, leading, coaching and motivating staff and key stakeholders
Significant experience in the development and implementation of strategic investment initiatives
An understanding of the components of investment management and the characteristics, competencies and capabilities of different investment approaches
