Job Category: Administration and Customer ServiceJob Description:The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administrator to join our team in the Waikato region, specifically Hamilton, on a full-time permanent basis. As the Business Support Coordinator for our WEL team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support, ensuring that all office functions are executed to a consistently high standard. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us meet-and exceed-the expectations of both our internal stakeholders and external customers.What we are looking forPrevious office administration experience within an operations/industrial environment would be ideal as this role will see you responsible for many different areas within the depot. Offering first-rate organisational skills, you will also be able to offer:
  • Experience in invoicing, data entry, reconciling and raising PO's
  • Strong MS Office skills and ideally Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of JDE or similar ERP/Accounting software
