
Office Administrator - Fixed Term Contract

- Provide administrative support to managers and wider team.
- Handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, and update systems.
- Support projects and initiatives as required during the contract period.
- Building Maintenance - liaise with contractors, contractor inductions, etc.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of company vehicle registrations, sales and purchases.
- Processing of expenses and organisation of travel bookings
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task, no matter how small.
