We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract starting ASAP until June 2026. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, providing excellent support across the business, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Based out of our offices in Rosedale, you'll play a key role in assisting with general office administration to ensure a well-run, professional, and welcoming work environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to managers and wider team.
  • Handle correspondence, maintain accurate records, and update systems.
  • Support projects and initiatives as required during the contract period.
  • Building Maintenance - liaise with contractors, contractor inductions, etc.
  • Assist with the administration and coordination of company vehicle registrations, sales and purchases.
  • Processing of expenses and organisation of travel bookings
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
About You:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in every task, no matter how small.
