- A commitment to great customer service through previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Clear communication style and being comfortable on the phone
- Ability to use basic computer systems and technology
- Self-motivated and team oriented
- Good attention to detail
- Previous contact centre experience is great but not essential as full training is provided
- Incremental pay increase after 6 months based on performance. Thereafter, incremental pay will be increased annually based on performance
