- Assist team members with day-to-day IT-related issues
- Provide basic IT support across hardware and software systems
- Perform regular user access audits to ensure system security and compliance
- Record all issues that arise and escalate to the Manager when further attention is required
- Recommend system improvements to the Manager based on observed needs and feedback
- Communicate with hotel team members to respond to any guest-related IT requirements
- Assist with computer reimaging, hardware setup, and peripheral connections
- Support and troubleshoot local server environments and cloud-based systems
- General understanding of how IT systems function, including server-to-application connectivity and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office 365, etc.)
- Exposure to hotel industry systems such as Fidelio and Micros is a plus, but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
