Working collaboratively with our service and warehouse teams, you will accurately and efficiently review and process parts orders through to invoicing, coordinate freight options and returns, generate and manage daily reporting and ensure stock accuracy is maintained. You will utilise digital tools including Talkdesk and SalesLink to manage voice, email, web and chat customer channels ensuring customers are well informed of their orders at every step.This role is in our newly created centralised parts structure and ensures easy and seamless customer interactions.
