Dispatch Coordinator

- Coordinating daily dispatch of parts and finished goods
- Preparing all freight paperwork, labels and documentation
- Assign routes and support drivers to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation
- Liaise and work closely with the factory team to ensure production and delivery timelines are met
- Prior dispatch or warehouse experience (ideally in Engineering/Manufacturing)
- Computer skills - Experience using dispatch, ERP, or inventory systems
- Able to handle working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Current Forklift OSH + F endorsement
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- $30 - $35 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Full time hours (Monday-Friday)
